Job Description
- Diagnose and repair luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Porsche, etc.).
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanics in completing repair tasks.
- Perform quality control on maintenance and repair work.
- Train junior technicians and improve workshop efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury car maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of OBD diagnostic tools and vehicle systems.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Responsible, technically skilled, and detail-oriented.
