Senior Audit Manager/Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance clients across various industries
• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion in compliance with Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA)
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and audit reports
• Ensure audits are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
• Provide technical guidance on PFRS and audit-related matters
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact
• Supervise, coach, and develop audit seniors and associates
• Review internal controls and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
• Assist partners/directors in business development and proposal preparation
• Participate in staff training and performance evaluations
