Job Description:
- Own end-to-end attendance and timekeeping operations with high data accuracy and compliance
- Monitor, reconcile, and resolve attendance issues (lateness, absences, OT, shift changes)
- Review and manage employee leave requests in line with policy and payroll timelines
- Act as the main contact and escalation point for attendance-related inquiries
- Prepare and validate attendance data for monthly payroll processing
- Analyze attendance trends and provide insights for process improvements
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Ops and Product to improve attendance systems and processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and documentation for attendance processes and systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
