Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior ATOSS Consultant to join our team and lead complex implementations of ATOSS workforce management solutions. In this role, you will be part of end-to-end project delivery for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into robust, compliant, and efficient system configurations. You will play a key role in optimizing workforce processes – including time & attendance, demand-driven scheduling, personnel deployment, and employee self‑services – to enhance productivity, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver end-to-end ATOSS Workforce Management implementations, from project kick‑off through go‑live and post‑implementation support.
