Senior ATE Test Engineer — FPGA & Yield Optimization

Lattice Malaysia is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and maintain complex ATE test programs for production and characterization on Advantest T2000 and Teradyne UltraFlex platforms. The role involves collaborating with global teams, defining requirements, and optimizing test flows to achieve cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6 years in a related field, along with proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
