We are seeking a meticulous Delivery Lead to support onboarding of law firms onto your network, plus intake processes, clause taxonomy, KPIs, data governance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities - Manage end‑to‑end law firm onboarding (KYC/OFAC, conflicts, InfoSec reviews, guidelines).
- Maintain Archer TPRM records: risk scoring, tiering, issue closure, reassessments.
- Coordinate cross‑functional due diligence (InfoSec, Compliance, Privacy, Procurement).
- Build and manage clause taxonomy for legal agreements with approvals and fallbacks.
- Track panel KPIs (utilisation, rates, diversity, billing, SLAs, cycle times).
- Ensure data governance across systems;
reconcile vendor data and reporting.
