Senior Associate - Valuation

As a Senior Associate, you will:

• Primary activities will focus on the valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718/409A, ASC 820 and ASC 805, real estate, complex securities and embedded derivatives;
  estate and gift tax andcharitable contributions for tax and financial reporting purposes.
• Analyze historical financial and operating results of target companies to explain business trends and identify risks
• Analyze and challenge assumptions related to future financial projections
• Assist in the development of discount rates (WACC, IRR, WARA, etc.)
• Conduct financial statement analysis (e.G., common size analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis, and industry comparative analysis)
• Perform market/industry research and develop industry growth estimates
