Senior Associate, Technical Services (Construction Compliance)

The Construction Compliance Senior Associate is responsible for ensuring full compliance of the company’s renewable energy projects and operations with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations issued by government agencies, particularly the Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Board of Investments (BOI), and Bureau of Customs (BOC). This role will lead regulatory filings, permits, incentives applications, and compliance monitoring to support project development, construction, and operations.

• Prepare, file, and monitor all DOE requirements including: Certificate of Endorsement (COE) / Certificate of Registration (COR) Renewable Energy Service Contracts (RESC) and amendments Project status reports, milestone reports, and compliance submissions
