Integrated into the Proserv Spanish department and supervised by a Proserv Team Manager, the primary responsibility of the Proserv PY/PT Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers.
Responsibilities
Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
Manage simple/medium complexity tickets after receiving functional analysis and guidance on the technical implementation.
Generate easy‑to‑maintain, bug‑free code and customization in accordance with Strada best practices.
Operate required system tests using provided or self‑generated test data to ensure applications meet specifications.
Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
