Senior Associate Relations Lead

Capital One is seeking an HR Specialist in Muntinlupa, Philippines, to assist the Principal HR Specialist and manage day-to-day operations in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant work experience in a BPO setup, a strong background in project management, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce.

This role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of Philippine labor laws. The candidate should be amenable to Mid and Night Shifts.
