Overview

The Senior Associate works closely with Learning Consultants and internal stakeholders to design and deliver functional and business learning initiatives as well as manage the instructional design process for learning activities across OMERS.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design and Course Development: develop instructionally sound, interactive and engaging instructor‑led courses, eLearning courses, job aids, manuals, and webinars based on learning objectives for functional and/or job specific requirements.
• Support Learning Consultants on applicable elements of role or function‑based learning paths and program/curriculum design.
• Recommend appropriate learning approaches that align learning and development outputs with business strategy and priorities.
• Effectively use digital learning tools, eLearning authoring tools and Workday as an LMS.
