Senior Associate, Mid-range

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and effectively monitoring the performance of assigned external collection agencies.
• Provides recommendations in increasing collection productivity of external collection agencies, manages agency collectors during agency visits, and attends to walk‑in, incoming calls, and emails of cardholders in resolving issues that cause non‑payment of accounts.
• Reviews and processes accounts 60 days past due and up qualified for offsetting. Tracks status of accounts endorsed to RCBC for offsetting.
• Monitors and tracks agencies’ monthly submission of regulatory requirements, e.g., call recording, certificate of destruction, declaration of contacts.

Job Requirements

• College graduate of any four‑year business course.
• Experienced in Credit Card Operations for at least 1 year.
• Must be computer‑literate with knowledge in MS Office.
