Responsibilities
- Ancillary responsibilities may include support the analysis and execution of on-going and new investment opportunities.
- Acquisitions pipeline filtering, underwriting, internal approvals process and transaction execution in cooperation with Fund and Portfolio Management teams.
- Asset level model underwriting, reviews, sensitivity scenario work, interpretation, and translation into internal presentations for investment discussion approvals and IC´s.
