Senior Associate, M&A Structuring & Execution

Temasek in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate / Assistant Vice President for the Structuring & Execution team to participate in structuring and executing large, complex investments and divestments worldwide.

You will help develop transaction structures, support financial modelling and returns evaluation, review term sheets and documents, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout deal processes.
