About the Role

The Learning & Development team is hiring a Senior Associate, L&D to support our ambitious Tech Team growth. This is a critical role focused on restructuring and elevating the onboarding experience, as well as addressing all learning and development needs for our newly formed Tech teams. We are looking for a visionary instructional expert who will not only support the design of market‑leading onboarding and learning experiences but also play a critical role in establishing and championing a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation within our new Tech team.
