The Consultant ERP Application Management is responsible for ensuring a stable, efficient, and SLA‑compliant operation of the SAP application landscape. The role covers IT Service Management, Provider Management, and Application Operations & Improvement.
IT Service Management
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the SAP application environment.
- Execute and support Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
- Analyze service performance (KPIs, ticket trends, resolution times) and drive improvements.
