協助分行舉辦理財說明會、進行每日市場分析與報告，提供即時的資訊給理專。需給予教育訓練，協助理專提升專業，包含:市場/產品等。與分行經理及業務主管合作，進行顧客分析並提供合適的投資理財規劃諮詢，符合客戶需求。提供策略面的專業，協助分行提升分行績效與理專生產力。
