You will be a key contributor within the Global HRIS Operations Support team, responsible for sustaining HR systems and applications while delivering responsive client support. Collaborating with stakeholders within HR and other functions, you will work to keep systems running smoothly and support ongoing improvements. Responsibilities
- Conduct case investigations and root cause analysis; perform HRIS transactional actions across Workday, MyHR (ServiceNow), and other HRIS-owned systems.
- Develop and administer EIB templates, ensuring quality control, security alignment, and data integrity for mass data uploads.
- Maintain custom Workday reports and respond to report inquiries in line with domain governance.
