Senior Associate General Counsel

The Legal Counsel provides legal advice and guidance to the company on various matters, including corporate governance, legal developments, and compliance requirements. The role ensures that the business units are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, assists in implementing best corporate governance practices, and provides corporate secretarial assistance for meetings and filings.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the Group informed of relevant updates in laws and regulations and engaging with regulators and special interest groups on corporate governance matters, coordinating with various stakeholders and government agencies for transactions, and ensuring timely preparation of necessary documents.
