Senior Associate, Fund Accounting

Location: BGC, Taguig City. Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Dayshift

Partner with the Maples Group, a global leader in financial services, to support the expansion of their new operations in Manila.

Your Role

• Prepare low to medium complexity Net Asset Value (NAV) packages in accordance with MaplesFS policies and procedures.
• Liaise with global internal and external parties (investment managers, brokers, auditors) to facilitate transaction processing and resolve data queries.
• Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures, and client terminations to ensure information is completed with accurate data. Execute fee processing management, including booking fees into the billing system and preparing client invoices.
• Analyze operational data to complete monthly revenue accrual reports and prepare key management reporting (KPIs, Accounts Receivable, profitability).
