Senior Associate-Financial Modeling

Key Responsibilities
Supporting our clients on multiple projects on research and Analytics related to Modeling:

Building financial models including DCF, LBO, football field valuation as the core deliverable across client engagements
Analysing debt maturity profiles, refinancing requirements, and covenant headroom
Supporting restructuring workstreams through covenant headroom analysis and downside case modelling
Supporting pitch books, information memoranda, and teasers with both model-derived outputs and written content
Conducting comparable company, precedent transactions, and debt comparable analysis
Producing industry and macroeconomic research notes and periodic market updates
It would involve engaging clients independently on calls and e-mails

Key Qualification and Competencies
Post-graduation in Finance (CFA, MBA Finance, CA or equivalent)
4 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, or a KPO/research services environment
