Verian is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Operations division.
The successful candidate will need to be excited about working on high-profile and complex projects, and be able to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Manage fieldwork including briefing, training, recruiting and supervising interviewers, recruiters and vendors.
- Oversee the recruitment, coordination and performance of interviewers, recruiters and vendors.
- Manage project tasks such as questionnaire reviews, recruitment screeners and survey link checking.
- Track project and fieldwork progress.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Timely escalation of any risks or challenges relating to fieldwork and projects.
- Attend fieldwork observations.
- Conduct interviewer and vendor audits and accreditation.
