Responsible for providing clear, data‑driven and strategic compensation advice, managing compensation processes and programs, and supporting compensation modeling and market intelligence activities.

- Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, talent acquisition, and other HR functions to provide clear, data‑driven, strategic compensation advice.
- Deliver enterprise‑wide variable compensation forecasting, analysis, and annual business planning.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on incentive related audit inquiries for financial statement preparation.
- Participate in the delivery of annual compensation activities for specific business units, including the merit cycle, compensation target reviews, and year‑end award decisioning.
