Job Summary

Senior Associate responsible for creating and managing pricing proposals for clinical study budgets, consulting agreements, and related payments. Supports finance, law, and clinical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and negotiated pricing throughout the clinical development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing proposals for study budgets and consulting agreements.
• Support finance in creating study‑level budget estimates using pricing tools.
• Prepare fair‑market‑value negotiation guidelines for each pricing request.
• Maintain a pricing database, tools, and templates.
• Build base budgets in appropriate systems (e.g., eClinical, CTPS).
• Use industry benchmarking tools and internal data to recommend budgets or consultant compensation.
