About this role

The Associate will be the dedicated project lead on the assigned construction projects and will be supported by the Portfolio Manager. The Associate will conduct daily management of full project operations including construction oversight, technical, financial, regulatory and contractual management. There will be a strong focus on financial modelling, monitoring and forecasting of project returns, risk management as well as managing all reporting obligations across the assigned construction projects within Mulilo’s portfolio. The Associate is responsible for SPV BoD and Lender reporting and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned projects on behalf of the project SPV’s Board of Directors, including oversight & engagement with all counterparties (Construction Management, ED Service Providers, Offtaker, Regulators etc).
