We are looking for a Senior Associate, AI Traffic Strategy & Operations to help shape how Shopee navigates the next frontier of search, traffic acquisition, and AI-driven growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations, and AI transformation. You will work on high-impact business challenges, leveraging data, structured problem‑solving, and cross‑functional leadership to drive growth, improve organisational effectiveness, and shape the adoption of AI across the organisation. The role will also play a key part in accelerating AI transformation across the organisation by embedding AI tools and automation into core workflows. This includes rethinking how analysis is conducted, how insights are generated, and how reporting and experimentation are scaled in an AI‑first operating environment.
