Senior Assistant Manager, Operations (Business Development)

Reporting to the Centre Manager at the NTU Centre in Computational Technologies for Finance (CCTF), the Senior Assistant Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of operational, financial, and administrative functions related to the Centre’s professional training programmes. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring seamless programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, while contributing to the strategic development and long‑term sustainability of the Centre’s training portfolio.

Programme Development & Strategic Execution

• Lead the design and development of training programmes aligned with industry needs and organisational goals.
• Conduct in‑depth market analysis and stakeholder engagement to identify emerging trends and learning gaps.
