Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the driving force behind our proactive recruitment strategy, pioneering an intelligence‑led sourcing culture for executive and critical niche portfolios. You will act as a key strategic partner to the Head of TA where you will co-design and execute mid‑to‑long‑term transformation projects across People, Process, and Technology—including the design of advanced recruitment analytics frameworks.
