Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands‑on Senior AI Engineer / Technical Lead with 3–5+ years of practical experience building AI-powered applications. This person will work directly on projects while providing technical guidance to a small team of AI Engineers. The idóneo candidat has strong applied experience with LLMs, RAG, APIs, databases, evaluation, deployment, and software engineering practices, and can help the team turn prototypes into reliable business solutions.

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, APIs, databases, and cloud or local deployment environments.
• Help convert AI prototypes into reliable business applications with proper logging, error handling, evaluation, monitoring, and maintainability.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, development standards, and best practices for AI application development.
