Key Responsibilities

Creation, design, and execution of projects in a high volume of production.

Identify specific needs on architectural guidelines for new and current subdivisions.

Create Revit working drawings, compile specifications, cost estimates, and material quantity lists based on initial design concepts and instructions.

Build architectural and display models, and develop three-dimensional virtual models to visualize architectural designs effectively.

Design high‑visibility elevations and modifications as required by Architectural Guidelines.

Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders.
