Responsibilities:
- Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, mixed development, healthcare, infrastructure and MRT/rail etc.
- To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards.
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
- Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.
