Responsibilities
- A Senior Landscape Architect is expected to contribute to the practice strategy, develop innovative design processes, standards, and methodologies for delivery of projects.
- In addition, have an understanding of the complex and sometimes difficult customer/market needs.
- Contributes to the development of project outcomes and coordinates the team to effectively manage the delivery and resourcing as agreed with the Director and clients.
- Has the ability to manage, coordinate and lead smaller less complex landscape design projects independently with less oversight.
- Understands roles within teams for the delivery of projects with a clear understanding of the projects roles and responsibilities.
- Prepares deployment based on the fee provided for review with the senior team.
- Leads client meetings and takes ownership of the deliverable structure and content.
