Description:
The IT Client Solutions Transportation Project Centre is looking for a Senior Application Systems Analyst with experience in analyzing, planning, and implementing software solutions in large, complex environments. These solutions can include commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) packages and in-house developed solutions.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, envisioning, database modeling, team management, technical analysis, design, project planning, and estimating. This role requires a technical individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
