Senior Application Support Specialist

Currently, we are looking for Senior Application Support Specialist which would be based in Singapore

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant activities.
• Continuously monitor the health and performance of production applications using monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Respond to and resolve application incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Document incidents and their resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
