Role Description

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 application support for the Client Lifecycle Management system.
• Maintain and optimize the solution, managing incidents and problems, ensuring operational readiness.
• Support multi-tier applications in an agile organization and perform root cause analysis.
• Utilise database concepts (PL/SQL, SQL) for troubleshooting.
• Apply basic Java understanding and Linux/Unix administration skills for file system navigation, log analysis, and configuration management.
• Collaborate closely with application users, IT Service Owners, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability.
• Support release and product lifecycle management.
