Overview
Role focuses on production support and change delivery for Lending (Loan Onboarding) and Cards platforms using LendPerfect, Intellect, and Oracle-based systems in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents by coordinating with vendors and internal IT; manage end‑to‑end issue resolution.
- Support SIT/UAT, ensure smooth cutover from projects to production, and provide hyper‑care.
- Review vendor solutions for alignment with technical and project requirements.
- Guide business users on system functionality and capabilities.
- Drive Problem and Change Management activities and maintain runbooks/knowledge base.
Skill Set
- Strong, hands‑on experience with Lending domain systems: LendPerfect, Intellect, and Oracle‑based loan/card platforms.
