Senior Application Specialist
The Senior Application Specialist is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support for the organization’s software applications, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement of business processes. The role includes installing updates, troubleshooting peripheral solutions, and developing scripts to enhance application functionality.
The Specialist will work closely with the IT team and end‑users, understanding user requirements, designing and documenting solutions, and implementing them as needed to meet user needs.
