Description
My client is an IT solutions provider to the manufacturing and automation industry with a global presence. The role is to provide high‑level support and training to existing clients using Wonderware, Rockwell, or similar automation products.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal and external customer support at a pre‑ and post‑sales consultant level.
- Interact effectively with customers on technical and commercial matters, resolving technical issues and identifying growth opportunities.
- Assist with configuration and implementation of paid consultancy services.
