Senior Application Specialist (Deltek Vantagepoint) (Toronto)

Overview

The Senior Application Specialist administers, optimizes, and enhances the Deltek Vantagepoint system. This role supports strategic initiatives, improves system functionality, and enables data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and workflow enhancements. The position reports to the Finance office and offers hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Optimization: Act as the subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint, with knowledge of multiple modules (e.g., Projects, Accounting, CRM, Resource Planning). Maintain and optimize system configurations, workflows, and processes. Evaluate system updates and enhancements, recommending improvements and best practices. Ensure system integrity, lead testing, validation and rollout of new features and changes in alignment with business processes.
