Senior Application Engineer

The incumbent is responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers on semiconductor testing maintaining customer satisfaction so as to maintain or become the preferred tester platform.

Job responsibilities

• Project management, delivery and support of Test Program/Test Library creation, conversion or consultation as required by Customer
• Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects and Production requirements
• Post sales consulting and support including Test methodology creation, enhancements and modifications, Test hardware/ software feature recommendations and audit
• Support and debug production issues such as correlation, test time and yield discrepancy, RTE, hang-ups etc
• Delivery of application training, knowledge transfer and skill-up for Customer
