Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced APIC Developer to join our team on a 12-month extendable contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM API Connect (APIC), API development, integration, and API lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, securing, and maintaining APIs while ensuring high performance, scalability, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain APIs using IBM API Connect (APIC).
- Create and manage API products, plans, gateways, and developer portals.
- Implement API security policies including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, API keys, and authentication mechanisms.
- Develop API proxies, RESTful services, and integrations with backend systems.
- Configure and manage DataPower Gateway policies and API assemblies.
