Senior Analytics Manager

Job Summary

The candidate will be part of the broader CIB Performance Management team generating data insights to drive key business decisions. They will analyse process data, work with stakeholders to define key metrics, build visualisations for data‑based decision making, prioritise squad demand, articulate benefits, and track end‑to‑end deliveries. The role also involves contributing to ongoing analytics use cases, assessing business requirements with consumer stakeholders, and delivering data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and the appropriate data management model within Client Coverage.
• Execution of target state data consumption and distribution model within Client Coverage.
• Awareness of the wider business, economic, and market environment in which the Group operates.
• Generate data insight and drive action for various processes across CIB functions.
