What you’ll be doing:
- Shape the strategy of Preply’s Product Growth end-to-end: From attracting new users efficiently, creating confident matches, guide learning commitment, expand value, geo & subject expansion and take the most of our referral and shareable mechanisms.
- Define a long-term vision for Product Growth Analytics and set them up for success. Keep them motivated by fostering an environment where ambitious goals lead to meaningful wins.
- Develop a deep understanding of tutor–learner dynamics across the full user journey, and translate this into actionable insights and product opportunities.
- Champion high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives that elevate how we use data to understand users and drive the business. Promote data literacy and scalable self-service analytics across the organization.
