Senior Analyst – Sustainability Governance & Controls

Overview

The Senior Analyst – Sustainability Governance & Controls will help shape how we collect, manage, and report non‑financial / ESG information in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. This role sits at the intersection of sustainability, controls, and data, supporting the rollout and continuous improvement of our processes, controls, and the Integrated Governance Framework (IGF), ensuring that ESG information is accurate, well‑controlled, and ready for external assurance. To achieve this, you will partner closely with Sustainability, Control, Finance, Procurement, IT, and more. The output of your work will be high‑quality ESG reporting for use in regulatory filing and to support for our pep+ (PepsiCo Positive) agenda.
