Summary
The Senior Analyst, Store Experience & Operational Intelligence integrates workforce, customer, and operational data to drive consistent, scalable store performance across the enterprise. This role designs and evolves data frameworks, analytics, and reporting solutions to inform workforce planning, operational execution, and client engagement. The Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into governed, AI-enabled insights and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end operational processes linking workforce planning, store operations, clientelling, and performance management.
- Develop and manage data frameworks, pipelines, models, and Power BI dashboards within Microsoft Fabric to measure enterprise and store KPIs.
