Senior Analyst - Reporting Data Analysis

**The Role**:
The Senior Analyst will contribute to the team's mandate by:
- Having (or developing) a deep understanding of core WTW operational systems (including but not limited to MS Dynamics 365, Oracle and Mavenlink) and their underlying datasets
- Leveraging data analysis & engineering capabilities and system knowledge to produce consistent, accurate, relevant, and timely MI to meet the needs of stakeholders, while also incorporating requirements around peer reviews, access rights, privacy & confidentiality and medium of delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with various MI stakeholders to ensure their reporting requirements are fully understood, while leveraging system expertise to translate these into prospective reports
- Understanding the ICT business model, to support and challenge requests for MI
