Senior Analyst - Project Finance & Infrastructure (Madrid)

Duties & Responsibilities Act as lead credit analyst in infrastructure and project finance transactions focused on capital market vehicles. Perform analysis at both equity and debt levels, incorporating quantitative and qualitative aspects. Visit project sites around Europe when required. Study project contracts and documentation. Modify and run cash‑flow models of projects to incorporate rating stresses and determine loss of rated instruments under various event outcomes. Produce opinionated rating reports and sector research, demonstrating Scope’s fundamental understanding of credit risk in infrastructure and project finance. Participate in rating committees as lead analyst or independent member. Professional & Personal Qualifications 4 years of experience at a large rating agency, a bank, a structuring advisory, or an investment fund with a clear focus on project finance.
