Senior Analyst, Product Compliance

What You Will Do

• Champion Global Compliance: Interface with internal and external customers to provide critical environmental declarations, composition data, and test results. Manage submissions for IMDS/CAMDS and handle inquiries regarding conflict minerals (CMRT/EMRT).
• Monitor Regulatory Trends: Stay at the forefront of the industry by monitoring the latest updates on global environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, WEEE, PFAS, CalProp 65) and industry material data systems.
• Manage Customer Portals: Take ownership of entering environmental compliance data into various customer portals and developing revised declaration forms to ensure we meet all statutory requirements.
• Drive System Diligence: Monitor and generate reports to ensure the integrity of our compliance systems. Collaborate with management team to review and update compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.
