What the job involves

• Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management
• Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision-making
• Leading specific workstreams, including diligence processes, and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners
• Working on control transactions and alongside top-tier private equity firms and asset managers on co-investment opportunities
