Job Overview
The Senior Lease Analyst is responsible for independent lease abstraction, data verification, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement to ensure accurate lease information and compliance across JLL’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Abstract critical lease and contract information accurately into lease database systems.
- Verify and cross‑check abstracted data, system reports, and master document logs for completeness and accuracy.
- Create and review lease documentation matching and internal compliance reports.
- Review landlord invoices for lease compliance and prepare cost‑schedule and event variance reports.
